📖 This Week's Story

Today is the most solemn day of the year — Good Friday. In Greek, it's called "Megali Paraskevi." This is the day we remember that Jesus was put on the cross. It's a sad day. But Jesus chose to go through this because of his enormous love for all people — for you, for me, for everyone in the world. In Greek churches, the "Epitafios" — a beautifully decorated bier representing Jesus — is carried through the streets in a procession. People follow with candles. It's sad and beautiful at the same time. But remember — Sunday is coming. The best part of the story is almost here!
